Heifer International's Beyond Hunger: A Place at the Table

Together, we will come to the table to raise awareness and resources for marginalized women and their families around the world. Heifer International realizes the integral role that women have in our mission of ending hunger and poverty and we will celebrate the women dedicated to positively impacting countless others to achieve their dreams of hope, happiness and prosperity.
If women farmers had access to the same resources as men, more than 150 million additional people would have enough food to eat. We aim to make that a reality.
During Emmy Awards weekend, Heifer will host the fourth annual Beyond Hunger: A Place at the Table event at the Montage Beverly Hills. Join us as we raise awareness and resources for marginalized women and their families worldwide. Come enjoy a seated dinner with menu designed by celebrity chef Cat Cora, world-class entertainment and inspiring speakers as we bestow Heifer's Noble Globe award to Heifer supporters and others dedicated to ending world hunger. This year's honorees include best-selling author and Worldbuilders founder Patrick Rothfuss, philanthropist Tai Lopez and Chris Gero of Yamaha Entertainment Group of America. The Beyond Hunger 2015 keynote speaker is Ambassador Deborah L. Birx, M.D., U.S. Global Aids Coordinator and U.S. Special Representative for Global and Health Diplomacy.
