Grand Canyon Development Partners Welcomes Nicole Williams as Project and Tenant Coordinator

(Las Vegas) – Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based construction and real estate development management company, has hired Nicole Williams to serve as a project and tenant coordinator. In her new position, Williams will be hands on during the design and construction phase of the projects while working closely with the tenants and operators to help ensure a successful completion.

Williams brings more than 14 years of experience in development, construction, business operations and the marketing of retail projects throughout the west coast and Hawaii. She previously served as regional manager and operations manager for major retail holding companies.

Williams has been directly responsible for the relocation and new construction of numerous retail and regional outlets. She was also directly responsible for the design and construction management while concurrently responsible for business operations.

Williams holds a business degree and minor in marketing from Höhere Handelsschule in Dortmund, Germany.
