Phillip Hobbs, PLA, LEED AP Named as Alfred Benesch & Company’s North Carolina Division Manager

Charlotte, North Carolina – Alfred Benesch & Company (Benesch) announced Phillip Hobbs as the new Division Manager for their North Carolina Division. Phillip has been with Benesch (formerly Site Solutions) since 1987 and has served as a part of the leadership team there for years. Phillip replaces Derek Williams, who will now focus on expanding the company’s landscape architecture practice in North Carolina, as well as the company’s other regions. In fall of 2014, Site Solutions, a Charlotte-based planning and landscape architecture firm, merged with Alfred Benesch & Company, a multi-disciplined engineering and professional services firm headquartered in Chicago, IL.

Phillip’s expertise is in landscape architecture, having designed and managed many award winning projects for healthcare, parks and higher education clients. “I am excited to take on this new role, and look forward to building on the success that this office has achieved over the years”, said Phillip.
