Founder and CEO of Every Florida Home Warren Cleveland Signs Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress To Co-Author New Book
Juno Beach, FL – July 2015 – Warren Cleveland, Founder and CEO of Every Florida Home,has joined a select group of business experts and entrepreneurs from around the world, along with best-selling author and business development expert Jack Canfield to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Soul of Success Vol. 2. Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint.
Warren began his career as a real estate broker in 2001. He was quickly rose up to be honored by the Keller Williams Int’l franchise as being one of the TOP 10 Agent in the US for number of listings and closed transactions (out of 78,000 agents). Warren’s personal business accounted for more than 50% of the overall office in which he worked, which was made up of over 200 agents. He did this in his first 12 months, despite being brand new to the market area.
In 2009, Warren founded the Every Florida Home brokerage. As the CEO, Warren oversees all operations and executive management decisions as well as provides leadership to the operation. In this new venture, he expanded the client list and facilitated significant growth by establishing relationships with over 20 corporate REO departments. This strategy established his team as one of the top 10 in the state of Florida for transactions during one of the worst real estate downturns ever witnessed.
Warren has continually maintained high sales volume despite a reduction in overall supply during downturns in the market. Warren has also forged relationships with capital groups to initiate a rent-hold strategy through purchase of distressed assets throughout Florida. Last year alone, Warren sold over 340 homes. His unique programs offer sellers and buyers new and innovative customer experiences. Warren recently introduced a “Guaranteed Sale” program which offers sellers a guarantee should Warren not sell the home within 72 days.

A portion of the royalties earned from Soul of Success Volume 2 will be donated to Entrepreneur’s International Foundation, a not for profit organization dedicated to creating unique launch campaigns to raise money and awareness for charitable causes.
Soul of Success Volume 2 is tentatively scheduled for release in Fall 2015.
