Chef Steven Lemon helped launch Pranzo Italian Grill twenty-five years ago and saw the then-fledgling fine Italian restaurant through its first six years of business and a consistently refined menu.
Lemon’s early career saw him in the kitchen of renowned Chef Jimmy Schmidt at the Rattlesnake Club in Denver. Classically trained in French technique, Lemon has now achieved a creative approach to cooking. Before returning to Pranzo, he owned O Eating House in Pojoaque. Chef Lemon Purchased Pranzo in April 2014.
