MIELE AL FIANCO DI CASA COOKBOOK

Miele rinnova e rafforza la sua collaborazione con il Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino.

Dal 12 al 16 maggio, per il secondo anno consecutivo, sarà infatti partner tecnico di Casa Cook Book, l’area interamente dedicata alle pubblicazioni enogastronomiche. Ma non è tutto: l’innovazione tecnologica degli elettrodomestici Miele sarà protagonista anche della zona laboratori, che prende il nome di CookLab Miele.

“Siamo felici di essere di nuovo al fianco di una manifestazione così importante per Torino, città alla quale Miele tiene in modo particolare.” afferma Michele Laghezza, Direttore Marketing di Miele Italia “CasaCook Book è un importante esperimento, in cui cultura, cibo e tecnologia si fondono. Un avvenimento quindi dal grande valore per chi la visita, assolutamente in linea con i trend emergenti, che parlano di una sempre maggiore consapevolezza verso il cibo e la sua preparazione.”

All’interno di CasaCook Book, gli chef si alterneranno in presentazioni di novità editoriali e showcooking live. La loro arte culinaria sarà supportata e valorizzata dagli elettrodomestici Miele, che permettono di realizzare con semplicità ogni tipo di pietanza. All’interno della ShowKitchen ci saranno piani ad induzione, per una cottura pratica e veloce, forni combinati a vapore, per preparazioni che rispettino le proprietà organolettiche degli alimenti, e frigocongelatori, per conservare in maniera ottimale le materie prime.

A CasaCook Book, al fianco di Miele, anche quest’anno torna Marco Bianchi, brand ambassador e portavoce di una cucina semplice, sana e saporita. Un altro atteso ospite è Ivan Ramiro Cordoba, accompagnato dallo chef Christian Milone, a sottolineare l’attenzione di Miele verso una cucina salutare, adatta anche agli sportivi.

Gli appuntamenti con Miele non finiscono qui e coinvolgono anche i laboratori: all’interno del CookLab Miele, due incontri della durata di due ore l’uno accompagneranno esperti e non nel mondo della cottura a vapore grazie a Monica Wuthrich, Home Economist Miele Italia.

Anche per l’edizione 2016, Casa CookBook anima la città durante i giorni del Salone Internazionale del Libro e arricchisce l’offerta di eventi a tema enogastronomico con un calendario di incontri “Off”. Il Miele Center di Torino aprirà le porte agli autori e ai loro fan, confermando nuovamente la sua natura di spazio multidisciplinare. Grazie alla cucina attiva e allo spazio ampio, elegante ed accogliente, sarà la location perfetta per due appuntamenti serali: il primo con Marco Bianchi, giovedì 12 maggio, che inaugura il ciclo di appuntamenti A casa di Marco powered by Miele, con la presentazione del suo ultimo libro Noi ci vogliamo bene, e il secondo con le blogger Camilla Ronzullo (Zelda was a writer) e Justine Romano (Le FunkyMamas) venerdì 13 maggio. Marco, Camilla e Justine, nei due incontri, uniranno letture, nuove uscite e showcooking in un aperitivo informale.
