Transforming the city in winter, Vivid Sydney is a celebration of creativity, innovation and technology. The 2021 program will feature mesmerising art displays and 3D projections from local and international artists, an eclectic line-up of musical performers and thought-provoking talks from some of the world’s greatest minds.

The full Vivid Sydney 2021 program will be announced in mid-2021.

When: Friday 6 to Saturday 28 August 2021

Where: Vivid Sydney will take over Sydney’s streets, buildings and venues across the CBD, Darling Harbour, The Rocks and Circular Quay including Festival favourites Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Customs House.

Celebrating its 12th anniversary in 2021, Vivid Sydney captures the uniqueness, vibrancy and imagination of Sydney, positioning the Harbour City as the creative hub of the Asia-Pacific. The festival features mesmerising art displays and large-scale 3D projections from local and international artists, an eclectic line-up of musical performers, thought provoking talks from some of the world’s greatest minds, and collaborations including Vivid LIVE at Sydney Opera House. Vivid Sydney is owned, managed and produced by Destination NSW, the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency.
