Shared Apartments: In shared apartments, you can find your private bedroom but the apartment is shared by other residents. Similarly, other residents have their own bedrooms. The bathroom is also private for students in a studio apartment. Studios are also equipped with Wi-Fi internet connections.

Private student housing complexes are the perfect private alternatives to university halls. They are built by private developers but offer a number of facilities as per the requirements of international students. Students find the facilities for their studies, fun, fitness, and dining.

Ensuite Rooms: Ensuite rooms are private rooms for students where they get ensuite bathrooms. Study areas, beds, etc. can be found here. These ensuite rooms are located in the flats where all the residents get shared kitchens and living rooms.

Shared Rooms: Shared rooms are shared by multiple residents. All the things such as bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms, are shared by all the residents of these rooms.

Private Rental Apartments

Private rental apartments are houses located in different areas of Melbourne, which are not specifically designed for students but are offered to international students. However, today, there are many facilities available in these apartments and their complexes, which students find in the housing complexes meant for them.

Swimming pools, gyms, spas & saunas, gyms, study tables & chairs, bookshelves, dining tables, microwaves, and many such features are available here that are very useful for students. In these apartments, students are free to make their own rules.
