TEAM Software and Templa Join Forces to Strengthen Offerings to the UK and Australian Cleaning Markets-PR Newswire APAC

MELBOURNE, Australia, Sept. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Templa, the software company behind TemplaCMS® and the leading financial contract management system for cleaning contractors in Australia and the United Kingdom, has been acquired by TEAM Software, the global technology leader specialising in software for security guarding, cleaning and facilities management businesses. In Australia and New Zealand, TemplaCMS is provided by Facility ERP.

The acquisition brings together the two market leaders in the cleaning sector: TEAM Software with its trusted workforce management software Timegate and Templa with its fully integrated financial contract management software. The combination creates a significant offering for cleaning and facilities management businesses, primarily in Australia New Zealand and the U.K.

TEAM Software is a technology company with customers on five continents and approximately one million users under management. TEAM Software is currently known as Innovise in the U.K., and the combined group supports many of the leading cleaning and security companies in Australia, the U.K. and Ireland, and North America with Lighthouse, Timegate and WinTeam.

"Our mission is to extend our offering in the rest of the world to mirror the deep financial management capabilities provided by WinTeam to our North American customers. Adding TemplaCMS to the TEAM Software portfolio provides an immediate solution for our customers in Australia and the U.K., and we will work together to broaden this globally while evolving the TemplaCMS technology," said TEAM'S APAC Director of Growth Ben Howden.

The new partnership will mean that clients of both Facility ERP, the users of TemplaCMS, and TEAM Software benefit from enhanced technology expertise, improved product scope and global scale.

"After a long period of successful growth as a Templa partner in Australia, we are excited to be joining forces with TEAM software," said Managing Director Mark Fermor, Facility ERP Founder. "This is essentially a merger of committed, ambitious technology companies who want to serve the cleaning industry more effectively. We are excited by the change and look forward to working alongside our new colleagues at TEAM."
