- Written by Pitch Engine
LAS VEGAS – Motley Brews’ Downtown Brew Festival, scheduled to take over the Clark County Amphitheater on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 5 to 9 p.m., puts a new emphasis on the craft beer experience with a revamped Festaurant Row while teaming up with Las Vegas’ brilliant chefs to create complex, beer-inspired dishes to pair with more than 250 craft brews on tap.
Adding to the already impressive brew lineup, the festival will expand on the culinary offerings including delicious masterpieces by 10 different Las Vegas chefs. The Downtown Brew Festival, Nevada’s most anticipated and largest craft beer festival, will bring Las Vegas’ most celebrated restaurants together in one location, offering festival goers the unique opportunity to sample dishes from Itsy Bitsy Ramen and Whisky, Mochiko Chicken, MTO Café, SLO-BOY, Truk-N-Yaki, Sausagefest, Urban Turban and QFS Tacos.
“The culinary elements of the festival are designed to show guests how craft beer and great food can exist harmoniously,” said Brian Chapin, founder of Motley Brews. “Each of the restaurants will offer dishes that are inspired by, and sometimes infused with, craft beer. We believe the synergy between the culinary and craft beer world will grow exponentially in the future.”
Festaurant Row will fill the Clark County Amphitheater with mouthwatering smells from dishes such as MTO Café’s Hangover Burger, Meat Eater Burger, Hen House and The Bob; Mochiko Chicken’s Tenders n’ Waffles and The Bento; QFS Taco’s fish, veggie, chicken, steak or pork tacos; Itsy Bitsy Ramen & Whisky Chicken or Veggie Teriyaki Bowls; SLO-BOY Tri-tip Sandwich with Firestone Wookey Jack Sauce, Popped LV Firestone Salted Caramel IPA Popcorn and more.
Adding to the culinary experience, VIP ticket holders will enjoy exclusive tastings of small bites prepared by Chef Sam Marvin of Echo and Rig and Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg of Blue Ribbon Restaurants in the private VIP Pavilion.
Tickets for the Downtown Brew Festival are available starting at $40 for General Admission, $50 for Early Entry and $85 for VIP online until Saturday, Oct. 24.
